The in-company internship experience has been eye-opening for me in terms of understanding how to deploy strategic actions within a company set up.

My internship has been with a micro finance bank called Baines Credit. The company extends credit facilities to SME’s and individuals in need of financial assistance either to augment working capital, or for other crucial, or personal reasons.

The internship started with INDO ARAB INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE BROKERS LTD in the first week of September, 2021 under the direct supervision of the MD/CEO, Mrs.

I was fortunate to take part in the 2021 Rome Business School, Italy Tour, and it was a fantastic experience. The tour format was straightforward to follow, and the faculty integrated us into the learning process.

Before this time, I work as a technical sales officer, majorly in bakery visitations, solving technical issues on flour.
