Rome Business School’s Executive Master in Finance program seeks to provide professionals with the knowledge and abilities to manage finance efficiently, forecast and plan financially, and use and become proficient in all the cutting-edge technologies and techniques in finance, big data, machine learning, and fintech. In addition to learning the fundamentals of management, participants will get specialized knowledge of finance, namely how to plan, manage, and expand organizations through the use of cutting-edge, digital best financial practices. At the end of the course, attendees will be issued with the official double certification of the Master of the respective program from Rome Business School Italy and Valencia International University, Spain. The Master will be taught using interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, role-plays, collaborative exercises, video conferences, business analysis, and student session presentations, all in accordance with EFMD’s highest teaching methodology requirements. Case studies will be utilized to spark conversations and demonstrate business issues. Students will be encouraged to read, discuss, and argue. The teaching methodology is built on learning by doing, in which teachers use a student-centered approach, engage students, and give tasks that allow students to apply their newly gained knowledge.
Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments.
The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises, and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.
