Career Fair 2025

As part of the Rome Business School global network, our students have access to one of the largest career fair experiences available to business school students.

This year, the event welcomed 200+ leading companies and more than 270 HR professionals across 16 industries, resulting in over 2,800 interviews conducted in a single day. Compared to the previous year, job opportunities increased by 53%, giving our students greater access to internships, graduate roles, and career opportunities with top employers from around the world.

Independent Employment

Not every student wants to follow the traditional career path. That’s why the RBSN Independent Employment Programme is designed for those who want to build a successful freelance business or work independently as solopreneurs.

The programme provides practical support to help students define their business strategy, develop a strong service portfolio, build a personal brand, grow their professional network, and attract clients. It’s a unique initiative that equips students with the skills and confidence to create their own opportunities.
