This Executive Master in Project Management has been designed to provide all the necessary knowledge and skills to become or grow as a successful Project Manager, and to prepare the participants to get the prestigious PMP® (Project Management Professional) or CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) certifications of the PMI®, which are widely recognized and respected all over the world. Participants will first gain general core knowledge in management, before acquiring specialized expertise in Project Management, learning tools and techniques for project management, agile methodologies, project management maturity models, benefits realization management, and mock examination practice for the PMP® and CAPM® certifications. The training hours on the Master are therefore recognized as contact hours by the PMI®, one of the requirements for accessing the certification exams.

Mr. Mahendra WAMAN has recently been appointed as a visiting faculty at the Rome Business School.
After completing his Engineering in Industrial Electronics in 1995, he pursued Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering. He believes in the practical approach to Business Administration. After gaining about 13 years of work experience in various business functions, he decided to attain an appropriate qualification in Business Administration in order to support his knowledge and experience. In 2012, he completed his MBA with a specialization in E-Business from WeSchool in Mumbai.

Femi Adeyemo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Arnergy, a Bill Gate’s affiliated venture-backed distributed utility that provides energy reliability to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Nigeria. Femi led Arnergy to complete a $9m equity capital injection from 4 tier 1 global investors. Arnergy enables SMEs and economic clusters to run sustainably by providing reliable and affordable uninterrupted electricity with rooftop solar solutions.

Lambert Ofoegu (PhD) holds a PhD in Management from Walden University, USA, with a Leadership and Organizational Change specialization. As a multidisciplinary professional, he brings over 30 years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (P3M) with the added advantage of integrating organizational strategy across lean- agile optimal Operations amid Organizational Development. Dr. Ofoegbu is a Registered Urban & Regional Planner and holds two master’s degrees the M.Sc. in Operations & Supply Chain Management (University of Liverpool, United Kingdom) and an MBA in Project Management Technology (Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria), amongst other of his post-graduate qualifications including a PGD in Construction Management and Post Graduate Professional Diploma (PGPD) in Urban and Regional Planning.

Femi Ajayi with almost two decades of experience in the construction industry and backed with an internationally recognized certification in Project Management, Femi has been able to record several successes in Project delivery and Project Management consulting. Armed with an innate desire to acquire knowledge and constantly challenging roles in the area of leadership development, his short-term goal is to be a reference point in the area of Project Management consultancy. He is currently the Head of Projects at ETECH Limited. He holds an MBA with a Specialization in Sustainability, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Six Sigma Green Belt Professional

METHODOLOGY:” CIRCULAR LEARNING” BASED ON THE EFMD CIRCLE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Candidates admitted to Rome Business School will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To enroll, accepted candidates have two options for paying their tuition fees:

• Full tuition payment, for which the candidate receives an additional 10% discount on their tuition, after the application of any partial scholarship;
• Minimum first installment, followed by monthly installments depending on the program and study format;
• Professional and educational requirements: 2 years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a fluent knowledge of English.
