The curriculum integration has taken the burden from RBSN students of examinations to be taken from foundation level, RBSN students commence from professional examination level 1 (PE1) with exemptions in 2 courses for PE1 and exemptions in 1 course in PE2, see below courses;

Taiwo ‘Dayo-Abatan is a seasoned HR Specialist and currently the Group Head, Human Capital, and Corporate Services at Primera Africa Finance Group where she leads the team in Strategic Planning, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, Process Automation and provides Thought – Partnership in driving the Human Capital Agenda of the Group.
Charles Obiajulu Ugwu (Ph.D) is currently the Director of Professional Development at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Managing Partner of El-Loman International Ltd. He is also a Council member and senior consultant with the Garson Lehman Group (GLG- Austin Texas). With over twenty-five years of active Oil and gas, professional services, and consulting experience in leadership roles across four continents, Charles currently champions the professional development of over twelve thousand Human Resources management professionals in Nigeria.
Kehinde Onijingin is a Human Resource Professional with over 10 years’ varied experience at the senior management level. He has a demonstrable history of HR value creation in the manufacturing and financial services industries. Skilled in strategy, employee relations, the legal aspect of HR, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, recruitment, policy formulation and execution, HR procedure and workflow, compensation, HR consulting, and strong business partnership.
Kayode Abe is a Strategy and Organization Development Specialist. He holds a first-class honor degree in Sociology & Anthropology obtained in 1985 from the then the University of Ife (now called Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-If,e and finished as the best graduating student in his class. He obtained his MBA from the same institution. He holds membership in both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) on which he sits as Chairman, Research & Publications Committee for the past three consecutive years, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Yemi Faseun is a business leader with 30 years of multi-sector, multi-function experience. He currently works with clients in his role as Chief Talent Officer to drive the talent and business transformation agenda.
Given that what brought individuals and organizations to where we are today will not take us farther, Yemi works with business leaders to focus on end-to-end people management, culture, and leadership initiatives to meet the demands of the Now of Work.

METHODOLOGY:” CIRCULAR LEARNING” BASED ON THE EFMD CIRCLE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE
By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyzes, exercises, discussions, role plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. The personal growth program is optional and is structured as follows: 10 hours in total for 5 interactive and self-reflective courses on soft skills (the certificate will be provided upon completion of the program):

DOUBLE CERTIFICATION

Candidates admitted to Rome Business School will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To enroll, accepted candidates have two options for paying their tuition fees:
• Full tuition payment, for which the candidate receives an additional 10% discount on their tuition, after the application of any partial scholarship;
• Minimum first installment, followed by monthly installments depending on the program and study format;
• Professional and educational requirements: 2 years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a fluent knowledge of English.
