Charles Obiajulu Ugwu (Ph.D) is currently the Director of Professional Development at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Managing Partner of El-Loman International Ltd. He is also a Council member and senior consultant with the Garson Lehman Group (GLG- Austin Texas). With over twenty-five years of active Oil and gas, professional services, and consulting experience in leadership roles across four continents, Charles currently champions the professional development of over twelve thousand Human Resources management professionals in Nigeria.

Kehinde Onijingin is a Human Resource Professional with over 10 years’ varied experience at the senior management level. He has a demonstrable history of HR value creation in the manufacturing and financial services industries. Skilled in strategy, employee relations, the legal aspect of HR, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, recruitment, policy formulation and execution, HR procedure and workflow, compensation, HR consulting, and strong business partnership.

Kayode Abe is a Strategy and Organization Development Specialist.  He holds a first-class honor degree in Sociology & Anthropology obtained in 1985 from the then the University of Ife (now called Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-If,e and finished as the best graduating student in his class. He obtained his MBA from the same institution. He holds membership in both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) on which he sits as Chairman, Research & Publications Committee for the past three consecutive years, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

Yemi Faseun is a business leader with 30 years of multi-sector, multi-function experience. He currently works with clients in his role as Chief Talent Officer to drive the talent and business transformation agenda.

METHODOLOGY:” CIRCULAR LEARNING” BASED ON THE EFMD CIRCLE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

DOUBLE CERTIFICATION
