Leadership Practices That Transform Inherited Team

Leadership Practices That Transform Inherited Team

Overview

Transiting to take over an existing team can be very daunting. Sadly, many leaders and managers have not equipped themselves with the required skills needed to transform a team. To paint the picture right, according to the Rainmaker Thinking research, about 9 out of 10 managers are not providing the support or guidance their teams need in order to be successful. Whether the team we inherited or we are about to lead is structured or not, high performing or not, our key responsibility as the leader or manager is to provide the support and guidance that will make them be a high performing team.

This program is designed to equip leaders and managers with the skills required to turn around inherited team members’ lack of engagement, lack of ownership, bad attitudes, reduce friction, improve low performers, retain top performers, and ultimately be in charge of team members’ transformation.
