After completing his Engineering in Industrial Electronics in 1995, he pursued Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering. He believes in the practical approach to Business Administration. After gaining about 13 years of work experience in various business functions, he decided to attain an appropriate qualification in Business Administration in order to support his knowledge and experience. In 2012, he completed his MBA with a specialization in E-Business from WeSchool in Mumbai.

Femi Adeyemo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Arnergy, a Bill Gate’s affiliated venture-backed distributed utility that provides energy reliability to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Nigeria. Femi led Arnergy to complete a $9m equity capital injection from 4 tier 1 global investors. Arnergy enables SMEs and economic clusters to run sustainably by providing reliable and affordable uninterrupted electricity with rooftop solar solutions.

Lambert Ofoegu (PhD) holds a PhD in Management from Walden University, USA, with a Leadership and Organizational Change specialization. As a multidisciplinary professional, he brings over 30 years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management (P3M) with the added advantage of integrating organizational strategy across lean- agile optimal Operations amid Organizational Development. Dr. Ofoegbu is a Registered Urban & Regional Planner and holds two master’s degrees the M.Sc. in Operations & Supply Chain Management (University of Liverpool, United Kingdom) and an MBA in Project Management Technology (Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria), amongst other of his post-graduate qualifications including a PGD in Construction Management and Post Graduate Professional Diploma (PGPD) in Urban and Regional Planning.

Femi Ajayi with almost two decades of experience in the construction industry and backed with an internationally recognized certification in Project Management, Femi has been able to record several successes in Project delivery and Project Management consulting. Armed with an innate desire to acquire knowledge and constantly challenging roles in the area of leadership development, his short-term goal is to be a reference point in the area of Project Management consultancy. He is currently the Head of Projects at ETECH Limited. Candidates admitted to Rome Business School will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To enroll, accepted candidates have two options for paying their tuition fees:

The Online Learning Methodology

Adhering to the highest standards of teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master is taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions of student presentations. Students are encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, with lecturers implementing a student-centered approach, getting students involved and providing activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired. The Online Methodology consists of live, interactive lectures, led and facilitated by professors. The programs are self-paced, as students take pre-master courses at their own speed and using self-assessment exercises. This practical, applicable methodology consists of synchronous and asynchronous activities

Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments. The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.

The online learning methodology is fully professor-led and facilitated live in real time. Every lecture is created and delivered by a lecturer using our online platform Blackboard. The communication tools used by the lecturers include discussion forums, chats, emails, breakout sessions, whiteboards, and audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step, sessions usually include an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.
