WELCOME WEEK

A week of orientation and induction ceremonies known as Rome Business School Nigeria Welcome Week is held to welcome new executives who will be beginning their journeys into various master’s programs. Beginning with the orientation and induction ceremony, a one-year academic adventure into the master’s programs began.  


 

The purpose of the induction ceremony, which was virtually held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, was to introduce executive students to the master’s programs, expose them to the business community, help them connect with the faculty, make them aware of the didactic methodology as they put together their emotional minds on how to explore, experience, learn and acquire all the competencies and skills  required to excel in the VUCA business world, help them idealize the learning environment at rome business school, and help them appreciate the diversity of Rome Business School Nigeria.  

The Rome Business School Nigeria Orientation Ceremony’s goals are to familiarize new executive students with the institution’s  management and staff, introduce them to other executive students, and adapt them to the multicultural environment. Additionally, it seeks to accustom incoming executive students with their eucational experiences as well as those of the business world and other stakeholders. The virtual event was held on Saturday, 12th November 2022. 



 

The moderators welcomed participants and introduced Humphrey Akanazu PhD, the Country Director of Rome Business School Nigeria, as well as Prof. Antonio Ragusa, MBA-

LLM, Founder and Dean of Rome Business School. Prof. Antonio Ragusa honoured the occasion with his high level of satisfaction and joy at having the new incoming executive students on board, in addition to encouraging them to get ready for their journey and adopt the culture of hard work, trust, and devotion throughout their particular programs. The attendees were introduced to the management and staff of the RBSN by Humphrey Akanazu, PhD, M.IoD, MCIPM, who also guided them through a variety of scheduled activities and value propositions based on their expectations. 

 

The participants were guided through the history of Rome and the Roman/Italian culture, as well as the various partnerships, memberships, and accreditation held by RBSN. Administrative department heads assured the participants of the coordination of their actions to guarantee that they accomplish their objectives. The program finished with a question-and- answer session and a closing statement from the country director after  keynote speaker Femi Adeyemo spoke on “Creating Possibilities for Personal and Organizational Growth.

For us at Rome Business School Nigeria, it was fascinating to witness a fresh group of professionals aiming passionately to become better managers and zealously transforming their professional journeys. We appreciate having them all aboard.
