Mr. Obianuju (Uju) Onwuzulike:

Mr. Uju Onwuzulike is an advisor to Boards, CEOs, and Seniors Management on how to drive systemic growth and lasting organizational performance. He is a Steve Haines trained strategic management and systems thinking expert, a former global partner of Haines Centre for Strategic Management, California, USA, a former strategy officer, and a faculty member in Rome Business School where he teaches executive MBAs on strategic management. He has earned a Gold Mastery in Strategic Management from Haines Centre for Strategic Management in collaboration with the University of San Diego and the first in Africa to achieve the Optimal Thinking Assessment Facilitator’s status from the World Academy of Personal Development, the USA since 2007. He has an MBA and a first degree in Mathematics.

Currently, he is the Chief Results Officer of Mentoring Consult Ltd (a strategic management & outstanding performance specialist firm) – and he believes in inspiring board of directors, CEOs and senior management to continuously break the status quo mentality and ambiguity that come in their ways, and quickly become adaptive, strategic, and systemic in managing all facets of business peculiarities.

Over the years, Uju has helped organizations build capabilities in strategic management, adaptability, strategy, strategic thinking, systems thinking, systems leadership, accountability, and ownership thinking. He has advised and trained organizations such as Eko Electricity Distribution Company, Nigerian Navy, Nepal Group, Pyramids Plc, Simba Group, NOVA Merchant Bank Ltd, Bravo Essential Services, Heritage Bank Ltd, MRS Oil Nigeria Plc, IIHT, Nigerian Ports Authority, Avon HMO and host of other organizations.
