Omotola Adedapo is a versatile, excellence-driven, Award winning HR Leader, with core competencies in Organization and Business Strategy, People and Culture Transformation, Leadership and Development, HR Consulting, Coaching and Mentoring. Her extensive years of experience cut across the Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors. She is currently the Head of Human Resources at Sterling Financial Holdings Company Plc.

Omotola is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) with the Human Resources Certification Institute, (HRCI) USA. A Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the

Society for Human Resources Management, USA, also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of  Personnel Management of Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, and a Master’s  degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.  

Omotola is passionate about learning and sharing, bridging gaps, and connecting opportunities for  Career Professionals, and she does this through the Career LEAP with Omotola DA Proposition. She  writes, teaches, trains, and speaks at platforms for Career and Business Professionals, and offers  Career Coaching to individuals who want to Launch, Enhance, Accelerate and Pivot their careers to  the next level of Success, in line with their Career Advancement and Fulfilment goals. 

She is also the Founder of HR Talent Hub NG, a one-stop HR Consulting company that offers HR  Training and Consulting services for organizations and Businesses, as well as Career Development  programs and services for aspiring and active HR Professionals across all career levels.  

Omotola was recognized among the Top 100 Career Women in Africa in March 2024 by 9to5 Chick.  She bagged another Africa recognition in May 2024, as one of the “Top 100 Career Moms in Africa  Leading Change” by Umi for Mothers (Umi100.com). She has received numerous recognitions such  as the Top 300 Global HR Leaders globally by SocialMicole.com in 2021, Top 100 career women in  Nigeria, Top 10 HR Influencers in Lagos, by LinkedIn Local Bootcon, and Iconic Professional of the  year award by The Iconic Brand Africa in the year 2022, to mention a few.  

She sits on the Advisory boards of reputable organizations such as the Financial Institutions Training  Centre; FITC (A Central Bank of Nigeria owned entity) as a member of the Advisory Board for the  annual Employee Engagement and Experience Conference. She also sits on the Board of The Iconic  Brand Africa (TIBA), where she serves as Chairperson of the Advisory Board. 

Omotola is happily married with three children to Dayo Adedapo, a Product Management Leader.  Outside of work, she is a bundle of talent who loves to sing, dance, and connect with people. She  also enjoys time spent indoors reading, resting, relaxing, and bonding with her family.
