Kola is a professional banker, a Fellow of The Chartered Institute Bankers of Nigeria. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso.

He is a banking and financial consultant; a trainer in banking and finance courses. He is the Managing Director of Fit Strategy Consultants (FSC) from 2009 to date.
Kola speaks at local and international seminars and conferences. He has been a guest speaker at BEN Television London dialogue programmes on financial matters and Cultural heritage in Diaspora since October 2017.

Kola worked as a Manager, Finance and Administration, and internal auditor at Amonet Homecare Ltd and Soma Healthcare Ltd; both in London, UK, 2010 – 2016.

In the years 2014 and 2018, he published two books titled: “12 Empowerment Principles for Financial Abundance” and “The Power of Borrowed Money: Easy ways into and out of debt respectively.

His areas of competence in banking courses include Practice of Banking, International Finance, Credit administration and debt recovery strategies, and Strategic management in the financial services industry.

He facilitates the International Finance module for the High Specialization in International Business.
