Ihenetu, Temitope is a seasoned HR Practitioner and Trainer. She loves to solve complex HR issues through consulting and training programmes with the aim of identifying the best solutions geared toward process improvement and productivity enhancement.

She has successfully facilitated with different companies on Human Resource Planning, HR Strategy, Strategic Talent management, Benefits and Compensation management, HR metrics and Analytics, Learning and development, Organisational Development and Corporate Strategy.

• She has Masters of Personnel Psychology (MPP), Master in Project Development and Implementation (MPDI) and Master of Science Industrial Sociology(MSc) all from the University of Ibadan.
• She is an internationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI (SPHRi), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).

She has worked in various organizations where she garnered several years of experience in Human Resources Management, corporate strategy, and business development.
