He is currently the Group Head, Human Resources for Consolidated Hallmark Insurance where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for all people-related aspirations across the Group including Hallmark HMO, CHI Micro Insurance and GTL.

Gbenga’s professional HR experience spans about 12 years in consulting and practice with different organizations from major sectors of the Nigerian economy, as well as Africa and Europe. He is also a Partner at Alan&Grant – a boutique People Development Company delivering bespoke solutions to organizations in core six (6) practice areas; Advisory, Strategy Design & Execution, Learning & Organization Design, Recruitment & Executive Selection, Outsourcing & Workforce Management, People Analytics & Surveys.
