Meet our International Speakers:

Prof. Antonio Ragusa

Antonio Ragusa is the founding President and Dean of Rome Business School, Italy.

He has a Master in Business Administration from London’s Imperial College Business School, further specializing in marketing at the London School of Economics and in communications at Rome’s LUISS Business School.

He teaches managerial disciplines at many Universities and Research Centers, such as the ROMA TRE University, LUISS Guido Carli, Salamanca University, the European School of Economics, and Business International. He has many years of professional experience in large companies such as Enel and Trenitalia.

He is the author of numerous publications on subjects relating to enterprise communication, marketing, and human resources.

 

Humphrey Akanazu (Ph.D.)

Humphrey Akanazu is presently the Country Director, Rome Business School Nigeria, the Initiator and Coordinator of the Family-Owned Business Forum Nigeria (FOB Nigeria), a project being partnered by the Rome Business School and the Centre for Values in Leadership; a Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Consultant at Rome Business School Nigeria linking foreign investors with their local counterparts in Nigeria.

Dr. Akanazu is a Researcher, a Social Entrepreneur, and an Educationist who comes from a rich background in Management Education where he has had most of his career.

Humphrey specializes in Entrepreneurship development and Innovation in both the Education and Financial Services sectors. He has developed projects on entrepreneurship and innovation for Nigerian school children and University students. He is well experienced in entrepreneurship development, which he also practices through his numerous business partnerships with some reputable companies and institutions, both local and foreign.

 

Tony Horsfield

Tony Horsfield is the Director and co-founder of Elearn Limited

Elearn provides consultancy in distance e-learning together with training courses in business management and professional development.

Previously, Tony led the development and delivery of all learning programs produced by Worldwide Learning, News Corporation’s, global education business.

He has considerable experience as a senior manager, consultant, and writer, working with different organizations includes those in the education, charity, and private sectors around the world.

 

John Trasler

John is the founder of E-learn

E-learn specializes in blended and distance learning in leadership and business management, coaching, and professional development.

Before that, John Trasler was the Managing Director of Worldwide Learning, the distance education arm of News Corporation.

He has over 20 years of experience in consultancy in the area of business education, provides training to business practitioners, consultants, business managers, and leaders.

He also specialized in the design and delivery of distance learning, and business schools accreditation around the world.  He is a keen advocate in helping people to learn, and he believes that learning in the workplace is vital for business improvement.

 

Adaobi Ariguzo (Ph.D.)

Adaobi Ariguzo (Ph.D.) is presently the Program Director and a facilitator at Rome Business School Nigeria. She is also, a management consultant with expertise in various fields that cut across entrepreneurship, human resources management, accounting, international trade, customer service, engagement, and negotiations. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Mystical Rose Bizness Conzult Ltd where she provides training and facilitation to industry-based professionals within the Nigerian corporate world and is a top management consultant for Dunbell Securities Ltd.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship), an M.Sc. in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) both from Babcock University (BU), Nigeria, and a B.Sc. in Accountancy from Abia State University (ABSU), Nigeria.

 

Oluwafunke Alaba

Oluwafunke is an alumnus of Graduate School of Management, Ivory Coast, where she obtained her MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM). Before this, she obtained a BSc degree from Houdegbe North American University Cotonou.

She joined the Graduate School of Management as a University Lecturer, Moving up becoming the Executive Assistance to company directors, and Administrative Manager in 2017.

She led the English Access Micro Scholarship Program {EAMS}, United States Embassy primarily to provide language skills and better jobs.

Currently, she is the Head, Career Service, and Alumni Relation at Rome Business School Nigeria.

Oluwafunke is passionate about education and exploring the social impact of human capacity development.
