Currently he is the Co. Founder and Managing Director Six Regions Hotels Limited a hospitality Advisory and management company. This is coming after about 30 years of active involvement in operations and Management of top multinational brands such as   Sheraton, Le Meridien, Golden Tulip in Nigeria.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from Imo state University Owerri and verified certificate on Entrepreneurship in a developing economy from Harvard University having previously studied Public Relations and Hotel Management from Nigerian Institute of Journalism and The Federal Polytechnic Idah Kogi state (The Benue state)

Career spanned over 30 years, in the Hospitality industry, growing through different levels and majority of the years spent in the industry was with major multinational brands.

While working, as a Director of Sales and Marketing with the international properties he was involved in all leadership and frontline programs that helped the hotel achieve optimum growth.
Mr Ele also worked as a General manager of Imo Concorde hotel Owerri, a 265-bedroom flagship property of Imo state Government  

In his leadership capacity Mr Ele is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. He has been a visible figure and voice in the hospitality industry in Nigeria, was at one time a key note speaker at a Hospitality conference organized by 22Hostpitality in 2018, a 2-time speaker in a Hospitality webinar organized by Regneses Business school in 2022.

A Career hotelier whose wide overseas travelling experience including some courses attended during these trips has created an immense value to his chosen profession. He was recently inducted into the revered order as Knight of St Mulumba (KSM) of the Catholic Church. Hobbies include travelling, Soccer and networking. Mr Ele is happily married with three Children.
