Cosmos is a suave, urbane and seasoned Human Resources Management professional with over 20 years’ experience in full spectrum of senior level management. With a degree in Law, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996 and has Masters degree in International Human Resources Management. 

Cosmos started his professional career with Austin Mbeh & Co. as a commercial litigation Attorney in 1997.  In May 2001, he joined Punch Nigeria Limited (Publisher of Punch Newspapers) as a Senior HR/Legal Officer and moved to DN Meyer Plc in 2008 as Manager, Legal/Human Resources. Through a dint of hard work, he rose to the position of General Manager-Corporate Services (HR, Legal & Corporate Affairs) in 2014.  He left the company in 2016 to join Legalally Resources Limited as Group Head-Human Resources.

In 2018, he joined Polo Limited (A luxury retail company) as Head of Human Resources and left in 2022. In January 2023, he joined Brevity Anderson (UK) as Human Resources Advisor and moved to People’s Partnership (UK) – owner of People’s Pension in June 2023.

He is adept in HR policies administration, talent acquisition & management, employee engagement & relations, employment laws, performance management, reward and recognition, change management, learning & development, organization behaviour, and succession planning. Above all, he is exceptional in fostering positive employee relationships and delivering superior service excellence 

He is a member of many reputable professional associations such as Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Institute of Training and Development, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations etc. 

Cosmos has attended many seminars and conferences (local and international). He is a public speaker and prolific writer with numerous publications in journals and newspapers to his credit.
