Bruce Prins, is a South African based in Nigeria, and has obtained the majority of his 30 years’ experience by working within the hospitality industry. This includes working for the South African cinema group Ster-Kinekor, the French hospitality group Accor and the Nigerian hotel group MP Hotels.

 A polymath, Bruce obtained his MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the mid-2000s and is a certified occupational development, training and education practitioner, as well as a modern applied psychologist. In addition, he is an author, artist and a member of MENSA.

He has authored four business books, namely, the insights and tips for owning or managing a hotel; understanding and managing a customer service culture; negotiation as an art of give and take and; hotel habits for the home.
