ARIGUZO, Vivian Adaobi (Ph.D., MNIM, CITLS, MICSN)

Vivian Adaobi Ariguzo (Ph.D.) is a facilitator at Rome Business School Nigeria. She is also, a management consultant with expertise in various fields that cut across entrepreneurship, human resources management, accounting, international trade, customer service, engagement, and negotiations. She is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Mystical Rose Bizness Conzult Ltd where she provides training and facilitation to industry-based professionals within the Nigerian corporate world and is a top management consultant for Dunbell Securities Ltd. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship), an M.Sc. in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) both from Babcock University (BU), Nigeria, and a B.Sc. in Accountancy from Abia State University (ABSU), Nigeria.

Dr. Ariguzo remains a business leader, whose wealth of experience garnered from the financial sector (Zenith Bank Plc) for over a decade, in business development, marketing, trade finance, and customer services, has molded her ability to impact knowledge in the education sector seamlessly. She continues to contribute to industry development through her stakeholder engagement in the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the non-oil trade Policy Development Forum (PDF) in Nigeria. She is a member of the Certified International Trade and Logistics Specialists (CITLS) from the International Import-Export Institute, Arizona, US. She also holds professional memberships of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Customer Services of Nigeria (ICSN).

As an influential leader with strong analytical skills, a good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong self-motivation, she has worked as a research assistant with the Centre for Executive Development, Babcock University, Nigeria. She was the Pioneer Program Co-ordinator for the Executive MBA in BU; a member of the organizing committee for international conferences held in Business Administration and Marketing Department, BU, between the academic years 2017-2020. She still offers her services as an adjunct lecturer and facilitator in BU and National Open University, Nigeria (NOUN) respectively. She enjoys working within specified processes and with people to achieve set objectives. She has authored a book titled, “Decentralized decision making and employees’ goal deliveries in banks” and several other scholarly published works. She has successfully supervised postgraduate students at the masters level too.  She remains very eager to mentor young people willing to advance the world’s economy through knowledge and research.
