Is a seasoned Marketing and Business Development expert, consultant, and analyst with more than two decades of experience in leading and managing marketing, sales, procurement, research, training and development, and financial management in the livestock sub-sector in Nigeria and West Africa. Francis worked as General Manager, Sales, and Marketing, for thirteen years at Amo Byng Nig. Ltd: one of Nigeria’s leading producers and distributors of high-quality feed concentrates and finished feeds where he led business strategy development and grew sales revenue by more than 1,400%, expanded the business credit facilities, and distribution network across Nigeria and West Africa.

SHINA ALABEDE 
Is a Strategy and Organization Development Specialist. He holds a first-class honors degree in Sociology & Anthropology obtained in 1985 from the then University of Ife (now called Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, and finished as the best graduating student in his class. He obtained his MBA from the same institution. He holds membership in both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) on which he sits as Chairman, Research & Publications Committee in the past three consecutive years, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Kayode started his career in 1986 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Management Sciences in the Department of Management and Accounting of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife.

Fisayo Oyedeji (PhD.)

Is the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Core Trust & Investment Limited, a full-service investment banking and financial services outfit? Prior to my foray into Core Trust as a professional entrepreneur, I garnered cognate and demonstrable experience in credit, corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, and treasury management; starting from my tutelage years at Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB – now Bank of Industry) as a project/investment analyst. I was also part of the team responsible for establishing the oil and gas businesses, structured transactions and multilateral institutions assisted projects in Continental Trust Bank Plc. (now in “UBA”), Fidelity Bank Plc. and City Express Bank Ltd (now part of UBA), improved significantly on the bottom line of these banks.

Austin Nweze (PhD.)
For over 15 years he consulted for organizations on organizational transformation/revitalization and developed and delivered training programs for corporate organizations and government establishments in the areas of entrepreneurship development, venture management, leadership, six sigma, media relations, finance, financial planning, retirement planning, marketing, strategy, and soft skills. He is a workshop speaker and consultant at international conferences, seminars, and workshops. He is also the Principal Consultant, Bellwether Consulting – Training, BPO, and Strategy.

Charles Ugwu (PhD.)
DrCharles Ugwu is the immediate past Director of Professional Development at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Managing Partner the El-Loman International Ltd. He is also a Council member and senior consultant with the Garson Lehman Group (GLG- Austin Texas). With over twenty-five years of active Oil and gas, professional services and consulting experience in leadership roles across four continents, Charles currently champions the professional development of over twelve thousand Human Resources management professionals in Nigeria. As a global capability development Subject Matter Expert, Charles leads a team of Expert Solution Providers (ESP) on leadership, knowledge management, and organizational effectiveness with engagement footprints in the US, UK, Gabon, and the Middle East. Mahendra Waman
After completing his Engineering in Industrial Electronics in 1995, he pursued Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering. He believes in a practical approach to Business Administration. After gaining about 13 years of work experience in various business functions, he decided to attain an appropriate qualification in Business Administration in order to support his knowledge and experience. In 2012, he completed his MBA with a specialization in E-Business from WeSchool in Mumbai.
