ANNIE EIMIAKHENA, ACIPM, PMP

An experienced management consultant of over 20 years, Annie Eimiakhena, has been involved in a wide range of consulting engagements.  Starting with a career in the ICT industry, Annie worked implementing banking applications systems within the Financial Services industry In Nigeria under Tara Systems Limited and Computer Systems Associates Limited (CSA).  With her Technology experience, Annie was hired in Accenture Nigeria Office to strengthen the Technology Competency, particularly with the firm’s thrust on Technology and Outsourcing. Annie was one of the people instrumental to the setting up of Interswitch Nigeria Limited, an initial partnership between Telnet, Accenture and top Nigeria banks.  After six years of consulting exposure to various sectors in manufacturing and financial services, telecommunications at Accenture, Lohi Consulting was born.

Lohi Consulting, established about 18 years ago, was a venture taken up by Annie with the firm belief that the company can provide management consultancy services to small and medium sized companies.  Armed with this strategy, Lohi Consulting has been working with several companies in developing winning business plans; defining their HR and corporate strategy to assist these companies with their growth plans.  Lohi Consulting consults in the areas of Strategy, Workforce Development, Technology, Learning and Development and Outsourcing Services.  Lohi Consulting has consulted for Unilever, Heirs Holding, Heritage Bank, Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO), amongst many other companies and provided outsourcing services to Deltalift, a project service company and Waarith Consulting, a stevedoring Company.

Annie is also engaged in Future Cities Nigeria (FCN) project as the Stakeholder Engagement Expert. This is a project funded by the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the UK development agency that partners with specific cities to improve on their economies.  The FCN project is oriented to improve urbanization and develop Lagos Inland Waterways.  Annie’s role is to interact with various stakeholders – boat operators, investors and Lagos State ministries to ensure greater cooperation amongst the stakeholders.

Annie is a certified Human Resource practitioner, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a certified trainer from the Center of Management Development (CMD) which has positioned her to develop the right competencies in workforce development: human resource strategies, recruitment and selection; performance management systems; personnel administration and industrial relations management.

Annie has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.  She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Annie is on the board of Eko-Konnect Research and Education Initiative which is a non-profit organization poised to improve the networking communication within tertiary institutions and a former director at Interswitch Nigeria as a representative of Accenture Nigeria.  She also actively mentors young startups under the Rising Tide Africa network, an angel investor network that assists women startup companies.
