Anifowose Daniel Abolaji currently works at Department of Banking and Finance, Lagos State University, Lagos, Nigeria. Anifowose does research in Market Macro-Microstructure economics with a specialization in International Finance. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance (International Finance) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia (2018), M.Sc in Finance (2018) from the University of Lagos, B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State (2005), and a MBA (2000) from University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti-State. He is a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ACIM), Associate Member, Canadian Institute of Marketing, Canada (A.C.Inst.M), Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and Member, International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS).

He was the best overall student for excellent performance (International Finance, Financial Management, Management Theory, and Practice) in Professional Examination (P.E.II) during the April 1997 Diet, CIBN.

Abolaji has some finance articles and insights and has been invited to present papers and speak in various countries and congresses. He is a co-author of some books and has made contributions in various journals.
