Ada Osuagwu is a 1995 English graduate from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and she is a Certified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She also has a professional Certification in Industrial & Employee Relations.

To sharpen her Entrepreneurial skills she bagged a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management from Enterprise Development Center of the prestigious Pan African University, Lagos.

She started her career with Value Mart Ltd in 1997 as an Admin Officer where she spent about 2 years before joining Diya, Fatimilehin & Co as an Executive Assistant. After a 3 years’ service with Diya, Fatimilehin & Co, she joined the services of IAL Nigeria Ltd, an International Freight Forwarding & Relocation Company as Office Manager. She has worked with other various organizations as an Administrator & Human Resource Manager amongst which are Pramark Consult Ltd and Romson  Schools.

Prior to venturing into entrepreneurship, she was the Group Human Resource Manager for Global Plus Group, a Printing and Publishing firm. She is presently the Managing Partner De laundry Center & Integrated Services Ltd a company which she co-founded of which she is very passionate about making a great success. She is also the Lead Consultant at Naomi Micheal Consulting, a Human Capital Management and Business Support firm.

As a seasoned Administrator her 17 years’ experience in Management & Human Resources of these organizations has helped in her entrepreneurial journey.
