I am a stickler for excellence and whatever I set my mind to do I must do it excellently well. I never give up. Challenges give me more courage to press on.

What influenced your decision towards pursuing a career in your chosen field?
I have always wanted to manage people and help them settle in on any assignment. I started off as an Executive Assistance but I did not find it fulfilling until I discovered Human Resource Management and my joy became full.

In Rome Business School I facilitate Human Resource Management courses for the IHRM Master students and Entrepreneurship Management.
In what ways can HR professionals stand out in a very demanding work environment and expectations?
The best way Human Resource Professional can stand out in the Corporate work is to follow due process in the discharge of their duties, never waiver or compromise on the law to please anyone when managing people because whatever actions you take as an HR professional in any organization becomes a reference point, so always play by the rule.

What advice do you have for students?
My advice to my students is to strive to stand out with whatever you do, be known as the professional who never compromises irrespective of who is involved.
