Emmanuel Agu has over 18 years of experience in Consulting, Banking, and FMCGs (Diageo, Heineken, and Jotna Group). A well-rounded Business and Commercial Leader with a strong track record in business strategy, brand communication/experiential strategy, portfolio commercialization, insight generation that has delivered strong ROI on cutting-edge innovations, and high-performing team leadership. Skilled in regional/national communication and local insight generation that delivers strong brand growth. Vast experience in cause marketing. Very knowledgeable about the Nigerian/African consumer space, their habits, and attitudes towards brands.
Henry Ojielo: He is the Managing Partner S4G Nigeria Limited. He was the General Manager, Retail Sales is responsible for 75% of total Conoil Sales developed, implemented, and delivered the business operating plan for retail sales. Sales executive with 23 years’ experience; 13 of the years in senior and executive management roles. Has mastery in Route to-Consumer Strategy and implementation, winning at retail through excellent Trade Marketing Execution. Also strong at Innovation Trade Strategy and Sales Transformation. Has as well, excellent people leadership skills that resulted in the development and retention of talents in various roles.

Mr. Mahendra WAMAN has recently been appointed as a visiting faculty at the Rome Business School.
After completing his Engineering in Industrial Electronics in 1995, he pursued Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering. He believes in the practical approach to Business Administration. After gaining about 13 years of work experience in various business functions, he decided to attain an appropriate qualification in Business Administration in order to support his knowledge and experience. In 2012, he completed his MBA with a specialization in E-Business from WeSchool in Mumbai.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Management
Accountants, UK (CIMA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA (AICPA–The Association), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), Institute of Certified Cost Management of Nigeria (ICCMN), Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD).
METHODOLOGY:” CIRCULAR LEARNING” BASED ON THE EFMD CIRCLE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE
By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, role-plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, through which teachers implement a student-centred approach, involve students and provide activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired.

SOFT SKILL PROGRAM
Soft skills are the “secret key” to a well-managed workplace and a progressive career path. With the Soft Skills Program, we offer you the opportunity to develop the soft skills necessary for your personal and professional growth.
The personal growth program is optional and is structured as follows: 10 hours in total for 5 interactive and self-reflective courses on soft skills (the certificate will be provided upon completion of the program):
- Emotional intelligence
- Public Speaking for Business
- Time, stress and self-management
- Intercultural communication
- Conflict, problem solving and negotiations
DOUBLE CERTIFICATION
At the end of the course, attendees will be issued with the official double certification of the Master of Business Administration from Rome Business School Italy and Valencia International University, Spain.
CERTIFICATE RECOGNITION
At the end of the course, attendees will be issued with the official double certification of the Master of the respective program from Rome Business School Italy and Valencia International University, Spain. The certification also comes with an academic transcript with detailed modules and their ECTS grades, and the number of study hours for each of the modules taken.
WES recognizes our accreditation partner University, Valencia International University (VIU). Students seeking to evaluate their academic transcripts with the WES can write at Rome Business school Nigeria to be guided on the process. Valencia International University (VIU) certification has been recognized under the educational credential assessment for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as a Canadian equivalency master’s degree.

Rome Business School works hard to maintain the highest standard of quality in the programs we offer. That’s why, in order to ensure the eligibility of the candidates, all applicants must undergo and successfully pass a selection process structured as follows:
Candidates admitted to Rome Business School will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To enroll, accepted candidates have two options for paying their tuition fees:
• Full tuition payment, for which the candidate receives an additional 10% discount on their tuition, after the application of any partial scholarship;
• Minimum first installment, followed by monthly installments depending on the program and study format;
• Professional and educational requirements: 2 years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a fluent knowledge of English.

Scholarship Available: up to 15% partial scholarship on tuition fee.
