The master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management is designed to provide participants with a learning experience similar to an accelerator or incubator program. It has been designed to take professionals to become entrepreneurs or future business leaders in charge of innovation, through the steps involved in developing an idea into a commercial or social enterprise.

This course is designed to give participants the tools and resources to become decision-makers for launching innovative projects by providing brainstorming sessions, innovative thinking exercises, business games simulation, design thinking in-class activities, networking opportunities and business meetings to practice skills and develop entrepreneurial mindsets

Mr. Mahendra WAMAN has recently been appointed as a visiting faculty at the Rome Business School.

After completing his Engineering in Industrial Electronics in 1995, he pursued Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware and Network Engineering. He believes in the practical approach to Business Administration. After gaining about 13 years of work experience in various business functions, he decided to attain an appropriate qualification in Business Administration in order to support his knowledge and experience. In 2012, he completed his MBA with a specialization in E-Business from WeSchool in Mumbai.

Onyeka Akumah is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Farmcrowdy, Nigeria’s first digital agriculture platform with a network of over 420,000 farmers in January 2021 connecting them with finance, and market access, and technical expertise across all states in Nigeria.

Onyeka was recently named one of Africa’s Person of the year winning the Agricultural Champion of the Year 2020 across the continent for the work and impact Farmcrowdy has had on hundreds of thousands of farmers.

Dr. Austin Nweze started out as an entrepreneur in 1990 after a brief stint with New Breed and the President magazines. For almost a decade he published Successful People magazine, the first Nigerian magazine focused on the promotion of entrepreneurship, which contributed to the recent interest and attention being given to the subject and sector by the government, universities, NGOs, and the private sector. For over 15 years he consulted for organizations on organizational transformation/revitalization and developed and delivered training programs for corporate organizations and government establishments in the areas of entrepreneurship development, venture management, leadership, six sigma, media relations, finance, financial planning, retirement planning, marketing, strategy, and soft skills.

Mr. Sonny Allison

Mr. Sonny Allison is a war veteran, a visionary, a serial entrepreneur, dreamer, a disruptor and a chronic optimist. He is a business consultant and

sits in the board of a host of companies as Chairman. He is a Fellow, Couriers and Logistics Management Institute. Member, Governing Council of CLMI, Member, Board of Director – Associate of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN) and Fellow, Africa Centre for Supply Chain. He has over 30 years work experience in Logistics and Supply chain Management at various companies DHL. He was the founding MD of Red Star Express Limited.

METHODOLOGY:” CIRCULAR LEARNING” BASED ON THE EFMD CIRCLE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

By adhering to the highest standards regarding the teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master will be taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, role-plays, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions presentation of students. Case studies will be used to generate discussions and illustrate business problems. Students will be encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. DOUBLE CERTIFICATION

Candidates admitted to Rome Business School will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To enroll, accepted candidates have two options for paying their tuition fees:

• Full tuition payment, for which the candidate receives an additional 10% discount on their tuition, after the application of any partial scholarship;
• Minimum first installment, followed by monthly installments depending on the program and study format;
• Professional and educational requirements: 2 years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a fluent knowledge of English.
