One of the defining moments of the International Study Tour was a company visit to Legacoop (Lega Nazionale delle Cooperative e Mutue)—Italy’s oldest and largest national federation of cooperative enterprises.
For our participants, this was far more than a corporate visit.
It was an opportunity to step inside an organization that has spent decades shaping one of Europe’s most successful cooperative business ecosystems.
The visit also highlighted the power of purpose-driven leadership—demonstrating that successful organizations can create long-term value while balancing commercial performance with social impact.
