500 executive students from Rome Business School Nigeria received masters and doctorate degrees at the graduation ceremony, which marked the evolution of new generations of better managers and world-class business leaders. These new managers and leaders are well-equipped with the skills necessary to improve the world by providing excellent service through their strong capacity building. This also implies that 500 more people have joined the Rome Business School’s alumni base, which now numbers roughly 6000.
The 2022 Graduation Ceremony was a mind-blowing event that was unlike any other in Rome Business School Nigeria’s history. The Rome Business School stakeholders, faculty members, staff, and all the participants were overjoyed, including the executive students. Prof. Antonio Ragusa, the founder & Dean offered his sincere congratulations to all of the graduands on finishing their various masters and programs. He also emphasized the significance of the vision of the school, which included developing better managers and leaders with a global perspective for a better country and world.
Humphrey Akanazu, the Country Director of Rome Business School Nigeria, expressed his great satisfaction and praised the graduands‘ outstanding commitment to pursuing their aspirations of being outstanding managers and leaders on a worldwide scale.
The guest speaker, Chief Lawson Omokhodion, The chairman/ CEO of Ritsoil Petroleum and Gas Ltd encouraged and challenged graduands to explore their abilities in order to improve their way of life and the economy of Nigeria, and gave them advice on how to be effective ambassadors for their country and their institutions. He emphasized that the graduands should continue to identify as RBS alumni and support the restoration of the country’s peace in the statement.
Esosa Ize-Iyamu, General Overseer of Jesus Evangelical Assembly, wished graduands well in furthering and advancing their careers and exhorted them to be responsible leaders of the country. Additionally, he exhorted graduands to lead, promote, and prepare for Nigeria, a freshly rising nation.
Gracing the events are distinguished executives from both the private and public sector. The graduands where bestow the academic stole as a sign of program completion which also forms a register into the master graduate of the Rome Business School, signifying that the graduands had not only been recognized as masters in their respective fields but also as better managers and leaders in the global business community.

Dean and Founder of the Rome Business School Nigeria, Prof. Antonio Ragusa presented the ’Best Faculty for the Year Award” to Mr. Kayode Abe.
Oluwatoyin Osoba, a Master in Marketing and Sales graduands, and Damilola Olojede, MBA graduands both represented the Rome Business School Nigeria during the RBSN Graduation 2022 with their persuasive and well-received speeches. Olojede Oluwadamilola exuded a lot of pride in being an alumna of Rome Business School. She proudly cites her promotion at Pricepally from the chief of staff to regional business leader as evidence of the excellent life–changing experiences she had while enrolled in the program. Osoba Oluwatoyin reflected on the tenacity she and her fellow graduates had displayed throughout their programs; she praised the excellent work of the illustrious faculty members and the didactic team; and she expressed her gratitude to the founder and dean of RBS, the country director, and the stakeholders.
Mrs. Cecilia Osoka, a member of the advisory board, took the podium to offer her congratulatory messages, Dr Humphrey Akanazu, the country director, concluded by making a statement. As a sign of the successful completion of their educational journey, the Graduands toss their mortarboard hats into the air.
