On the 15th of July, 2022. The Rome Business School Nigeria’s Executive Students visited ENGIE Energy Access Nigeria.
ENGIE Energy Access Nigeria offers expandable solar home systems, providing lighting, phone charging, TV, radio, and more, financed through affordable installments via mobile money.
The students were received by the Human Resource Manager, Khalid Abu, who welcomes and introduced them to the series of operations, core values, and management style.
His presentation was accompanied by other speakers including ‘Demilade Oresanya, ACIM -Marketing Manager, ‘Muyiwa KOLAWOLE – Head of Customer Experience, and Sarah O. – Business Partnership Manager who walked the executive students through various products they offer and how the products add value to businesses and everyday life.
The Mode of Operation of the organization, management, and marketing strategies, customer relationship strategies as well as the flexibility of delivering their top-notch services to their customers was one of the take-home benefits they would love to also infuse into her business operations.
The Executive Students were engrossed during the presentations and discussions, followed by a tour of the company’s facilities. This has enlightened the participants of the company visit on the new opportunity around the renewable/clean energy industry or sector as they garner strategies suitable for seamless operation, canning marketing insights, and the ways to manage human capital in the sector.
