Rome Business School’s executive students made a visit to Printserve Limited on Friday, 3rd June 2022.
An exciting opportunity for the executive student to meet representatives from different industries locally and internationally. The aim of the company visit is to expose students to the organizational values, business processes, strategies, and business models of the visiting company. This program is designed to help students develop the knowledge, market insights, and tools they need to pursue a successful career or set up a business in a specific industry.

During the visit, Mr. Oluwafemi Oshagbemi, the Human Resources Manager, spoke to the executive students about the organization’s structure and history. He informed the visitors that PRINTSERVE was established in 1994 and has evolved into one of the foremost printing companies in Nigeria. Adopting Total Quality Management principles aimed at delivering the highest quality of work and the best possible service to its highly-discerning clients.
It was a blended session [physical & virtual]. Our executive students were questions about their mode of operations and their management strategy. They acquired a new management strategy and top-notch operational style that they can harness and infuse into their business activities and their professional life.
The Executive Students were given a tour of the company’s various facilities. They were also exposed to the company’s culture, customer relations, and human capital management. It was a fantastic experience.
The feedback from the students is rewarding and they attest to the value addition the visits have impacted into their knowledge bank, it is an eye-opener to the print industry.
