Unwavering commitment to the vision while continually adapting to change is necessary to lead effectively.

Some companies rely primarily on HR departments to communicate instructions on how to execute change.

This is hardly effective because it neglects the fact that line managers play a central role.

Driving business ethics and values, recruitment of top talents, managing a multigenerational workforce, flexible work hours, striking work-life balance, and lately, the outbreak of COVID-19 are emerging trends prompting HR strategy rethinking.
