Rome Business School Nigeria (RBSN), in strategic partnership with the Lagos State Government, is pleased to announce a transformational initiative aimed at advancing human capacity development in the state through a Partial Scholarship Programme for postgraduate education. This partnership, tailored for Lagos State residents—particularly the government workforce—reflects a shared commitment to fostering professional excellence, improving workplace productivity, and promoting long-term economic and institutional growth.
The initiative represents a landmark collaboration between a leading international business school and one of Africa’s most progressive state governments, focused on delivering measurable impact in capacity enhancement, leadership development, and professional upskilling.
This initiative is a direct investment in human capital, which remains the most critical asset for development. By supporting the upskilling and professional growth of Lagos State’s residents and public service personnel, the partnership will:

Improve public sector accountability, service ethics, and customer responsiveness.
Foster a new generation of leaders and change-makers committed to the sustainable advancement of the state.
Contribute to inclusive economic growth by equipping individuals with skills aligned with market demands and governance needs.
Applications for the partial scholarship program are currently open and will run until 30th September 2025, allowing for ample time to reach all ministries, agencies, local governments, and communities across Lagos State.
Rome Business School Nigeria, in partnership with the Lagos State Government, invites all qualified residents and public sector professionals to take advantage of this rare opportunity to invest in their personal and professional future while contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of Lagos.
