Adeniyi Ajani is a seasoned software analyst, developer, data scientist, and business intelligence consultant with over 20 years of hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, analytics training, software implementation, and financial modeling. He serves as a faculty member at Rome Business School Nigeria, where he delivers courses in data strategy and governance, data visualization, Power BI, and business analytics, as well as financial and data science subjects within the data science program.

Previously, at SystemSpecs—the owners of REMITA—he implemented Human Capital Management systems (HumanManager) for clients such as EFCC, Pan Ocean Oil, Honeywell Flour Mills, Intercontinental Bank, and Zenon Oil, serving in various roles from team member to project lead.

His experience also includes working with Chevron Nigeria Ltd. as an information analyst within the Safety & Environmental Department, where he developed several enterprise databases and contributed to business process automation using ERP tools.

Flexible Learning Methodology

The Master follows the highest standards of teaching methodology set by the EFMD. The course uses a variety of teaching methods, including interactive lectures, case study analyses, tutorials, discussions, group work, video lectures, business analysis and student presentations. Students are encouraged to actively participate through reading, discussions and debates.

The teaching approach is based on active learning, with an emphasis on student involvement and practical application of the knowledge acquired. Teachers adopt a student-centred approach, providing activities that allow students to put what they have learnt into practice. The online methodology involves real-time interactive lessons, led and guided by the lecturers. The programmes are self-directed, which means that students can follow the pre-master courses at their own pace and use self-assessment exercises to check their understanding. This practical and applicable methodology includes both synchronous and asynchronous activities.

Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments. The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.

Candidates admitted to Rome Business School will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To enroll, accepted candidates have two options for paying their tuition fees:

  • Full tuition payment, for which the candidate receives an additional 10% discount on their tuition, after the application of any partial scholarship;
  • Minimum first installment, followed by monthly installments depending on the program and study format;
  • Professional and educational requirements: 2 years of working experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a fluent knowledge of English.
