Oluwatosin Oyebola is currently the Divisional Head of People Management for Credit Direct Limited – the pioneer and largest consumer lending company in Nigeria – where she is responsible for directing people management strategies, people engagement, and empowerment to drive excellence and position the organization as “the place to work”.
Before Credit Direct, ‘Tosin worked in consulting and administrative capacities at Phillips Consulting Limited (as Managing Consultant, Human Capital Management) and Nextzon Business Services (as Talent Management Lead). She started her career in business advisory and strategy development at Nextzon.
