Ngozi Henrietta Stanley-Obi is a seasoned finance executive, business strategist, and career development coach with 20+ years of experience across commercial banking, microfinance, and enterprise consulting. She is the CEO of Bridgemind Consulting Ltd, where she leads strategic initiatives in financial inclusion, leadership development, and career transformation across Africa. A former senior executive at First Bank of Nigeria and ex-CEO of a state microfinance institution, Ngozi is known for driving customer-centric strategies and building high-impact teams. She is a Fellow of CIFCON, a Certified Action Learning Coach, a DDI Certified Facilitator, and an alumna of Lagos Business School (SMP 40). Currently a DBA candidate, her research focuses on business strategy and sustaining family business legacies. She speaks internationally on topics including finance strategy, customer retention, succession planning, and empowering women in leadership.
