Olufemi Ajayi is a trained architect with over twenty years of experience in project management. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Throughout his career, he has contributed to various construction projects, including residential and commercial developments as well as telecommunications infrastructure. Currently, he serves as the principal consultant at Outbox Consulting, where he is dedicated to creating effective business structures and processes that support diverse organizations in achieving their project and operational objectives. Additionally, Olufemi is actively involved in construction contracting at Bamboo Projects, applying his extensive expertise in project management and business performance improvement to consistently surpass client expectations. He is also a faculty member at Rome Business School Nigeria. Olufemi is married and has two children.
