With over two decades of leadership in international education, transnational partnerships, and talent development, I design systems that connect African students, professionals, and institutions to global opportunities.
As Group Executive Director at Dixon & Ricks, I lead multi-country initiatives that drive student mobility, global progression pathways, and sustainable education-to-employment ecosystems. My work enables institutions to enter, grow, and thrive in Sub-Saharan Africa through market intelligence, cross-border collaboration, and scalable partnership frameworks.
In my regional role with Leeds Trinity University, I support international recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and market development across SSA, strengthening visibility, conversion, and long-term positioning.
I am also the founder of The Edgar International College (TEIC), a progression-focused international college delivering globally benchmarked post-secondary and pathway education (IGCSE, A’Levels & International Year One) for seamless transition into partner universities.
Over the years, I have:
• Led national and regional market entry strategies.
• Built high-impact recruitment and partnership pipelines.
• Designed employability and entrepreneurship programmes.
• Facilitated institutional and government collaborations.
• Mentored students, founders, and education leaders.
I serve as adjunct faculty and academic mentor at Pan-Atlantic University, Enterprise Development Centre, Rome Business School, and Babcock University.
My expertise includes Transnational Education (TNE), international student recruitment, market entry strategy in Africa, global partnerships, employability systems, institutional capacity building, curriculum design, and education-to-work pathways.
I am a licensed World Bank trainer, a licensed business development service provider, a Fellow of the Institute for Humanitarian Studies and Social Development, and a Chartered Professional at the Institute of Governance and Management.
With professional experience across Africa and Europe and the ability to work in English, Italian, French, and Yoruba, I bring a culturally intelligent, ecosystem-driven approach to global education and talent development.
I am passionate about building future-ready institutions, scalable talent pipelines, and borderless opportunities.
Let’s collaborate on Africa market expansion, TNE partnerships, student mobility, and institutional growth.
