• Adebolaji Baiyewu is the CEO/MD of Divitiae Ltd. A professional with over 25 years’ experience
spanning the Banking, Consulting and FMCG Industries, her breadth of experience includes Business
Advisory, Reward & Talent Management, Business Partnering and HR Service Delivery.
• Adebolaji supports businesses by providing management consulting and capacity building
interventions. Her areas of specialization include leadership development, performance management
and team management. In addition, she is currently a faculty member of the Financial Institutions
Training Centre, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and Fate Foundation.
• Adebolaji has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales, is a
Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and a WIMBOARD
Fellow. She is also a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria
(CIPM), a Certified Performance Management Systems Auditor and a Business Development Services
Provider.
