I am the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Core Trust & Investment Limited, a full-service investment banking and financial services outfit. Prior to my foray into Core Trust as a professional entrepreneur, I garnered cognate and demonstrable experience in credit, corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, and treasury management; starting from my tutelage years at Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB – now Bank of Industry) as a project/investment analyst. I was also part of the team responsible for establishing the oil and gas businesses, structured transactions and multilateral institutions assisted projects in Continental Trust Bank Plc (now in “UBA”), Fidelity Bank Plc and City Express Bank Ltd (now part of UBA), which improved significantly on the bottom line of these banks.

After gaining about 13 years of work experience in various business functions, he decided to attain an appropriate qualification in Business Administration in order to support his knowledge and experience. Adhering to the highest standards of teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master is taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions of student presentations. Students are encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates.
The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, with lecturers implementing a student-centered approach, getting students involved and providing activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired. The Online Methodology consists of live, interactive lectures, led and facilitated by professors. The programs are self-paced, as students take pre-master courses at their own speed and using self-assessment exercises. This practical, applicable methodology consists of synchronous and asynchronous activities.
Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments.
The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises, and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.
