Since its inception, Rome Business School Nigeria has empowered over 5,000 executive students from various sectors of the Nigerian economy across 19 master’s programs. These executives have had the opportunity to showcase their innovative business ideas as part of our strong commitment to entrepreneurship and practical business education.
To support this drive, more than 150 startup founders, venture capitalists, industry experts, and independent business angels have played active roles in mentoring and guiding our students. Through engaging keynote talks, interactive roundtables, and hands-on workshops, these mentors have shared valuable insights and real-world experience, helping students refine their ideas and develop viable business ventures.
The impact of this initiative has been remarkable. According to the RBSN Employment Report 2025, 28% of our students and alumni have successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship — launching startups, consulting firms, and social enterprises that contribute meaningfully to the local and international economy.
It is this entrepreneurial spirit and success that led to the establishment of the RBS4Entrepreneurship Program — a structured platform dedicated to nurturing and supporting entrepreneurial-minded students throughout their journey. The program aims to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the resources, mentorship, and exposure needed to take their business ideas from concept to market.
Through this initiative, Rome Business School Nigeria continues to contribute to the development of Nigeria’s business landscape by fostering innovation, creating jobs, and inspiring the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.
